Vacancies
As Undercurrent volunteer staff, successful applicants will gain experience in the process of peer review, and have the opportunity to learn about - and contribute to - the functioning of an undergraduate academic journal.
*** Undercurrent is currently accepting applications for the position of Editor-in-Chief (Deadline: August 30, 2010)***
Approximately two times per year, we accept applications for the following positions:
- Managing Editor*
- Associate Editors*
- Promotions and Outreach Coordinator
* In addition to other the materials listed for their applications, students applying for the Editorial Board Member, Managing Editor or Associate Editor positions must read our Sample Review Manuscript and complete our Sample Editorial Review Form.
Bilingual (French and English) students, with an ability to read and write at an academic level in both languages, are especially encouraged to forward an application, and will be given priority in the journal's consideration of qualified applicants. Please note that only students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme at a Canadian university may apply.
The editorial board is reviewed annually and new editors are selected, as required, through an application process.
